Lunch Box Day 2011

Lunch Box Day 2011
Students are to write a short story, a rap or a poem about the safety of Lunch boxes and promoting healthy eating.  




Students enjoyed showing off their creative sides.

Students got to Blob each other and some students had adults to help blob them up into the air.  :)  This is Nathan's mum.  Go Annie!

Learning intention:  to be able to speak in front of an audience successfully and confidently.
Success Criteria:  gain audience attention, speak clearly, run fun activities and motivate Manuka House to participate and contribute in activities.

STARS - CLAY ART

Learning Intention:  to portray STARS using Clay Stars.
Success Criteria:  Can mould clay so that it does not crack.
                            Can see symbols, signs, text and language within your art piece.
                            Can successfully complete the task within a time frame.
